• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff to ensure high performance.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering and maintaining records of stock.
• Help plan and coordinate bar services for various events.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Bar Managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Passion for the hospitality industry and bar operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software.
• Preferably experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
