Assistant to the Senior Vice President - Marketing & Sales (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Senior Vice President - Marketing & Sales (Remote) to join our dynamic team at MTU Maintenance. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and central interface for the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic, operational, and conceptual initiatives, ensuring efficient coordination across our global organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide proactive support to the SVP in strategic and operational matters, including the preparation of executive decision papers and presentations.
• Independently manage and execute cross-functional projects and workstreams of varying complexity.
• Act as the central point of contact for processes and standards within the global Marketing, Sales & Customer Support organization.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the organization, including the definition and tracking of KPIs.
• Enhance the customer experience across digital and personal touchpoints, translating insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Drive the ‘MV Next Level’ organizational development program in collaboration with internal and external trainers.
• Manage the ‘MV Hub’ communication platform, ensuring high-quality content and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to the company-wide ‘Lead-to-Cash’ transformation program, managing scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in an international organization or management consultancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong affinity for reporting and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities with a high level of autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Previous experience in project management.
