About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Fossil Group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic retail environment while embodying our core values. What You'll Do
- Daily coaching, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with Store Management to set objectives and lead the team effectively.
- Share responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Monitor sales figures, KPIs, and operational processes to ensure business success.
- Foster a positive team culture and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with store standards and company policies.
- Assume store leadership in the absence of Store Management.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in retail, preferably within the fashion/lifestyle sector.
- Positive, inclusive, and motivating leadership style.
- Passion for developing a team and celebrating collective successes.
- Analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication and social skills; proficiency in Dutch is required.
- Driven by sales targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
Nice to Have
- Experience in luxury retail.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Previous experience with inventory management systems.
