Assistant Store Manager - Retail Leadership

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Daily coaching, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with Store Management to set objectives and lead the team effectively.
• Share responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Monitor sales figures, KPIs, and operational processes to ensure business success.
• Foster a positive team culture and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with store standards and company policies.
• Assume store leadership in the absence of Store Management.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in retail, preferably within the fashion/lifestyle sector.
• Positive, inclusive, and motivating leadership style.
• Passion for developing a team and celebrating collective successes.
• Analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication and social skills; proficiency in Dutch is required.
• Driven by sales targets and KPIs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Previous experience with inventory management systems.
