What You'll Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals as an Assistant Store Manager remote.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure adherence to Coach’s operational standards and policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with the community to enhance brand loyalty.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, staffing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to forecast business needs and plan accordingly.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and market dynamics.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
