About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Coordination EPC to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage and oversee construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will play a crucial role in organizing and executing projects effectively.

What You'll Do

• Analyze project risks and ensure the safety of personnel and environmental protection.
• Organize project execution by providing necessary resources and communicating with site managers.
• Manage financial and contractual aspects, including budgeting, client relationships, and subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Contribute to operational optimization by proposing innovative solutions.
• Lead and manage teams, including organizing training and recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in operations or project management.
• Strong understanding of safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
