Applied AI Specialist - Remote Implementation Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an Applied AI Specialist to join our dynamic team at Swans. You will play a crucial role in bringing AI into our clients’ organizations and ensuring its successful integration.

What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities for AI implementation within client organizations and develop tailored solutions.
• Deploy AI solutions that are practical, safe, and built to last, working across the full stack of modern AI implementation.
• Build the connectors, agents, and workflows that make AI function seamlessly within existing systems.
• Conduct enablement sessions with client teams to drive real adoption of AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance their efficiency by identifying and deploying new AI capabilities as they emerge.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in deploying AI tools and systems in a professional context.
• Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape, particularly with LLMs and the Claude and Google ecosystems.
• Experience building and deploying automation workflows using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and the ability to build custom integrations.
• Professional English fluency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to Have

• Background in professional services, consulting, or agencies.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar custom connector frameworks.
• Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
