About the Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will provide critical support and monitoring using Dynatrace, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications.

What You'll Do

• Provide application support and monitoring using Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Linux-based environments.
• Ensure observability and performance optimization of applications.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Establish best practices for application performance and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience.
• Experience with Linux environments and SQL knowledge.
• Experience in observability/monitoring tools (Dynatrace is mandatory).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (B2 level) and Portuguese.

Nice to Have

• Java knowledge is a plus.
