Animation Staff - Remote Opportunities in Hospitality

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, creative individuals with a passion for leisure and tourism to join our team as Animation Staff. This remote position offers you the opportunity to design, organize, and execute recreational, sports, and cultural activities for children, teenagers, and adults. As an Animation Staff member, your goal will be to create memorable experiences, fostering a participative, inclusive, and energetic environment. Your role will be key in building community and ensuring that every stay at WECAMP is unforgettable.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute various activities, including daytime and nighttime animation programs (games, workshops, sports, shows, etc.).
• Adapt activities based on the audience type and season.
• Prepare and manage the necessary materials for each activity.
• Encourage guest participation proactively and warmly.
• Lead children's activities in the mini-club, ensuring safety and fun.
• Provide cheerful, professional, and customer-oriented service.
• Communicate schedules and changes to reception and other departments.
• Collaborate with the animation team and external suppliers.
• Participate in event planning and team meetings.
• Ensure the safety of participants at all times and comply with camping regulations.
• Act responsibly in case of incidents or first aid situations.

Requirements

• Education in social and cultural animation, early childhood education, physical and sports activities, tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in animation (campings, hotels, resorts, leisure activities).
• Ability to energize groups and create participative experiences.
• Knowledge of games, sports, dynamics, or shows.
• Valuable skills in arts (dance, theater, singing, crafts) and languages.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse audiences.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good physical condition for outdoor activities.
• Valuable English or other language skills.
