What You'll Do

• Edit and produce social media content, including Reels, TikToks, and Ads, utilizing AI-driven tools for video creation and optimization.
• Develop engaging hooks, effects, transitions, and motion styles to captivate audiences.
• Create ad variants specifically designed for Meta and TikTok, optimizing for retention and watch time.
• Collaborate with social strategists and creative directors in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet clear deadlines without the need for micromanagement.
• Utilize your understanding of social media mechanics to enhance video performance and engagement.
• Contribute to the development of AI-first workflows and automation processes.
• Provide feedback and insights based on performance metrics to improve future content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Active use or a strong interest in AI video tools and technologies.
