AI/ML Software Engineer - Aerospace/Defense

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for decision-making and SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) processing.
- Work with time-series data for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and automated analysis.
- Build and deploy models for large-scale sensing systems and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems.
- Develop autonomous and adaptive systems for dynamic environments.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3–7 years of professional experience (minimum 1+ year in AI/ML).
- Strong experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid programming skills and experience with statistical/signal analysis.
- Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and validation pipelines.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance (Required).
- U.S. Citizenship (Mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or RFML.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, multimodal systems, or agentic AI (RAG, COT, MARL).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of real-time inference systems and low-latency model serving.
- Exposure to adversarial ML, AI security, or graph neural networks.
- Experience in large-scale, real-world AI/ML deployments.
