What You'll Do

• Design and build intelligent AI coaching systems that adapt and personalize workouts in real time.
• Develop AI agents and recommendation engines that utilize structured user data and health signals.
• Integrate health and recovery signals into the AI coach's decision-making process.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Science team to define evaluation standards for AI performance.
• Analyze agent failures and address critical issues to improve system reliability.
• Design monitoring systems and guardrails to ensure optimal production performance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience in building AI agents and recommendation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with structured data.
• Willingness to learn about exercise physiology and training principles.
• Experience with retrieval systems is a plus.
