AI-Driven Operations Transformation Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an AI-Driven Operations Transformation Specialist to join our innovative team remotely. This role is pivotal in applying AI and automation to enhance business operations, making a significant impact on productivity and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Identify manual and repetitive processes across the organization and redesign them using AI and automation.
• Build and implement solutions utilizing tools such as Generative AI, RPA, and low-code platforms.
• Develop and deploy AI agents to automate internal workflows (e.g., HR, legal, reporting).
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational pain points and drive initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
• Promote AI adoption internally through training, use-case development, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in business process improvement (BPR, DX, or similar).
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in real work scenarios.
• Ability to design and implement solutions effectively.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools.
• Basic scripting skills (Python or similar).
