About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agents Solutions Architect - Finance (Remote) to join our innovative team at Kraken. As a fully remote company, we have Krakenites in over 70 countries, united by a shared mission to accelerate the global adoption of crypto. In this role, you will be pivotal in architecting and building the AI-native finance operating system that will support our growing financial infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Assess and map finance operations, identifying capability gaps and manual bottlenecks.
• Architect the agentic finance platform, designing a long-term architecture for an AI-native finance operating system.
• Build and deploy production-grade agentic workflows that automate finance operations.
• Integrate internal and external systems by connecting APIs and data sources into unified automated workflows.
• Establish AI governance for finance, ensuring compliance with SOX regulations and maintaining audit integrity.

Requirements

• Proven track record in designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments.
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration and multi-agent system design.
• Strong systems architecture capability with hands-on proficiency in modern AI automation tooling.
• Experience in finance operations, including reconciliations, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate finance and business requirements into technical roadmaps.

Nice to Have

• Experience with finance systems stack such as NetSuite, BlackLine, or Kyriba.
• Background in AI-native companies or startups.
• Familiarity with crypto-native financial infrastructure.
