Agency Partner Manager - Remote Role for E-commerce Growth

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agency Partner Manager to join our team at Triple Whale, a leading intelligence platform for e-commerce brands. As an Agency Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through partnerships and referrals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our UK team.

What You'll Do

• Engage in regular communication with priority agencies to identify new opportunities for referrals and account expansion.
• Communicate product updates, releases, and company information effectively to partners.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions for agencies on product releases.
• Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives, events, and joint opportunities for growth in the market.
• Outreach to new agencies, onboarding them into the partner program.
• Hold demo calls for interested new agencies.
• Provide basic technical support or escalate support issues as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date revenue forecasting, relationship notes, and business reviews.
• Participate in company and self-guided learning for platform expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue-driving partnerships, preferably at an agency or SaaS technology company.
• Expert knowledge of the UK e-commerce market, including major players, events, and technologies.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
