About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advisory Presales Solution Consultant specializing in CRM Solutions to join our dynamic team at ServiceNow. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive customer success and satisfaction. As an Advisory Presales Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts by delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.
What You'll Do
- Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert with Financial Services and Banking accounts.
- Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Customer Service Management.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customers’ business challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Handle product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Configure demonstration environments to address customer requirements and business issues.
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers, both in person and through WebEx.
- Provide feedback to product management about enhancements that can address customer needs and drive additional business value.
- Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
Requirements
- 6+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the Customer Experience, CRM, or Customer Engagement industry.
- Experience working on complex deals with Financial Services customers in a matrix team.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skills.
- Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with proven success at developing and nurturing relationships up to and including C-level.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM solutions and their integration into business workflows.
