About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Documentation and Accreditation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Enrique Tomás. As an Administrative Documentation and Accreditation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing documentation processes and ensuring smooth communication with various administrative entities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update necessary documentation for accreditation processes.
- Maintain contact with relevant administrations and collaborating entities.
- Review, organize, and archive administrative documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate information internally with other departments.
- Prepare, review, and process required documentation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in documentation administration or bureaucratic process management.
- Organized, methodical, and responsible individual.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with external interlocutors.
- Basic proficiency in office software tools (Office, email, etc.).
- Proximity to our headquarters in Badalona or ability to commute daily.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the food industry or related sectors.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes.
