Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Join ZimVie as an Accounts Payable Clerk remote and become a vital part of our mission to enhance patient care through innovative clinical technology. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, contributing to our commitment to quality and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage vendor master data creation and updates.
• Account for vendor invoices, resolving issues with business sponsors to maintain accuracy and prevent reclassifications.
• Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices according to approved due dates and required documentation.
• Complete the month-end accounts payable process and facilitate reporting tasks for the Controllers team.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits to uphold compliance standards.
• Participate in projects within the accounts payable department or finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or administrative roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in finance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards.
