• Assist in reconciling analytical ledgers for suppliers and customers.
• Book supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain both digital and physical accounting records to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve ad hoc requests.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and governance processes diligently.
• Participate in various ad hoc tasks within the accounting department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Digital literacy and tech-savviness are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
