Account Manager - Remote Position in iGaming

About the Role

Playson is seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering strong client relationships within the iGaming sector. What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
• Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
• Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sector.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian or Russian language.
• Strong understanding of the gambling industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
• Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results.
