Account Manager - B2B Online Marketing (100% Remote)
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager - B2B Online Marketing to join our team at Leadeffect. This is a 100% remote position where you will manage customer projects from planning to successful execution. You will build strong, long-term customer relationships and strategically develop them. In this role, you will grow professionally and have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you progress towards becoming a B2B marketing expert.
What You'll Do
- Oversee customer projects end-to-end, utilizing tools like Asana to keep everything organized.
- Take responsibility for customer relationships and strategically advance projects.
- Guide customers from the initial kick-off to reporting, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop effective lead generation strategies and drive implementation with your team.
- Present your strategies convincingly to gain customer buy-in for your ideas and concepts.
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, and results to ensure projects progress measurably.
- Coordinate internal teams and freelancers to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Become an expert in B2B marketing to develop increasingly effective strategies for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills and openness in client interactions.
- Reliable and organized work ethic in project planning and management.
- Proactive mindset with solution-oriented thinking and a willingness to grow.
- Ability to understand target audience insights and complex IT products.
- Performance-driven and dedicated to your responsibilities.
- Fluency in German (C2 or native level) and business-level English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in online marketing, particularly in the B2B and/or IT & software sectors.
- Basic understanding of digital workflows and remote work practices.
- No degree requirement; we value performance over titles.
What We Offer
- Flexible project framework with the option for full-time or freelancer collaboration.
- Start as soon as possible with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Attractive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €65,000 based on experience (full-time basis of 40 hours).
- 100% remote work with communication expected in the CET timezone (Berlin), with a maximum of +/- 2 hours.
- Supportive partnership with a Marketing Manager responsible for channel-level customer projects.
