Account Executive - Remote Sales for Speech Solutions
About the Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Speech Processing Solutions. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial growth in France and the Benelux region. This position offers you the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the voice productivity solutions market.
What You'll Do
- Support commercial growth by acquiring new clients and establishing long-term partnerships in the France and Benelux region.
- Continuously adapt our value proposition to meet market demands and improve our offerings.
- Lead the sales process from lead qualification to closure, ensuring a smooth onboarding phase and upselling opportunities to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Convert leads generated by our third-party experts and actively engage in additional lead generation efforts.
- Manage RFPs/RFQs from a commercial perspective, collaborating with technical teams for solution demos and POC setups.
- Gather insights into market trends and provide feedback to stakeholders for product portfolio development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in B2B software sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role; experience in legal tech is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills for long-term success.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and other outreach tools.
- A result-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and adaptability to changing environments.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
