What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland, from outbound prospecting to securing long-term license agreements.
- Proactively identify and engage target law firms and legal teams, establishing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.
- Run tailored, high-quality demos that accurately reflect the realities of Swiss legal work.
- Navigate complex buying processes involving partners, associates, and IT departments.
- Handle objections related to AI trust, data privacy, and legal risk with confidence and expertise.
- Convert pilot programs into long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Maintain strong deal hygiene through clear next steps, follow-ups, and CRM discipline.
- Feed structured market insights back into product development and leadership strategies.
Requirements
- A legal background and/or at least 3 years of experience selling to law firms or legal departments.
- Experience selling complex, trust-critical products such as legal research, compliance, or knowledge management solutions.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate with precision and impact.
- A passion for engaging with intelligent, skeptical professionals in the legal field.
- Disciplined approach to CRM management, follow-ups, and maintaining deal hygiene.
- Native-level proficiency in Swiss German and fluent English.
