Account Executive - DoiT Cloud Intelligence (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our DoiT Cloud Intelligence (DCI) Sales team. This remote position is based in Germany, ideally in Munich or Berlin. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation by leveraging cloud technology.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently hitting and exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
- Cultivate deep relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to maximize market share.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure all proposals reflect DoiT’s high-caliber brand.
- Guide customers from initial interest to successful contract execution, ensuring a world-class onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams to fuel demand generation from campaign conception to post-launch analysis.
- Travel with purpose (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, attend industry events, and meet customers face-to-face.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry, preferably in a new business-focused role.
- A proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting.
- Technically minded with a strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS products.
- Ability to build influential relationships in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
