Access Administrator - On-Site Role in Belgrade

About the Role

We're seeking an Access Administrator to join our team at BrainRocket, located in the vibrant city of Belgrade, Serbia. This Access Administrator remote position is crucial for managing user access to our company systems and ensuring compliance with information security standards. As part of our innovative team, you will play a key role in safeguarding our data and systems.

What You'll Do

• Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deleting accounts as necessary.
• Ensure appropriate access levels are granted based on employee roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular audits of user accounts to eliminate excessive or outdated access rights.
• Implement and maintain access control policies to enhance security.
• Continuously monitor user access activities to detect and respond to access violations.
• Analyze incidents related to access violations and address them promptly.
• Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities in access management systems.
• Document and prepare reports on incidents and access audits.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in access management, account administration, or information security roles.
• Strong understanding of access management principles and best practices in information security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex security concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems and security technologies.
• Proficiency in access monitoring tools such as Active Directory and LDAP.

Nice to Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• Experience in automating access management tasks and scripting.
• Certifications in access management or information security, such as CISSP or CISM.
• Familiarity with the Okta access management platform.
