About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student Visual Design to join our dynamic team at Scalable GmbH. This remote opportunity allows you to assist the design team in creating assets for various channels and formats, including social media posts, banner ads, email communication, website content, and more. As a part of one of the fastest-growing FinTech startups in Europe, you will have a substantial impact on our customers' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the design team with the creation of visual assets across multiple platforms.
  • Help maintain and organize our digital asset library to ensure our design system remains scalable.
  • Adapt existing concepts into various formats, such as banners and presentation decks.
  • Participate actively in design critiques, providing fresh perspectives.
  • Learn to apply our internal brand guidelines across a wide variety of practical applications.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of design principles and theory.
  • Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing academic projects or personal design work.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Work experience in a design-related role.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in design and design technology.
