As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued during their visit.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service across our restaurant and bar area as a Food and Beverage Assistant.
• Serve food and drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain stock and supplies, ensuring the bar and restaurant are well-stocked at all times.
• Support the team with preparing tables, running food, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
• Assist with drinks service and support bartenders as needed.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization across the floor to enhance guest experience.
• Work closely with the management team to uphold service standards and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality are crucial.
• Flexibility with late closing hours is required.
