What You'll Do

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and timely.
• Provide a friendly and unique guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences, making recommendations based on excellent product knowledge.
• Make upsell recommendations when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and floor to the highest standards.
• Implement the Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe alcohol service.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Record all wastage immediately and report to supervisors.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of all products and how to prepare them.
• Knowledge of licensing objectives and the Challenge 25 policy.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Punctual and reliable with outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team to achieve brand and sales objectives.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions efficiently.
• Adhere to BOXPARK’s uniform policy and basic hygiene standards.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
