Machine Operator - Remote Position at Mersen

About the Role

We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our team at Mersen. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the continuous operation of automated production line machines and ensuring the supply of materials. What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain automated production line machines, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Prepare and supply materials and tools necessary for production before starting and during transitions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure that finished products meet specifications.
• Prepare manufactured parts for shipment and manage finished goods.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• When not operating machinery, assist with assembly tasks at various workstations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical, vocational training in machinery is a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-3 shift schedule.
• Forklift license is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics and/or previous factory experience is a plus.
• Qualifications in machine fitting or toolmaking are desirable.
