About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in Marketplace Technical Integration to join our dynamic team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a Working Student in Marketplace Technical Integration remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing our marketplace processes.

What You'll Do

• Support the Italian team with day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Handle seller inquiries through our ticket system, providing timely and effective responses.
• Assist with onboarding new sellers to the platform, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
• Help improve onboarding materials to enhance the seller experience.
• Contribute innovative ideas to streamline and improve processes within the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study, such as Business or E-Commerce.
• Fluent in Italian with very good English skills.
• Structured and independent work style, with the ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
