About the Role

We are seeking a Working Student for the Explore Program to join our innovative team at ANDRITZ. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with children and teenagers while exploring engineering technologies. You will play a vital role in organizing and conducting tours for schools, providing a unique perspective on the industrial sector.

What You'll Do

• Organize and conduct weekly tours for school groups, focusing on technical education.
• Collaborate with the apprenticeship department to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Communicate complex technical topics in an age-appropriate manner.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and other organizational materials as needed.
• Support the workshop with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and teenagers aged 8-14.
• Ability to convey technical concepts in an engaging way.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Patience and understanding for the target age group.
• Technical background is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a structured work approach.
• Experience working with children and youth is beneficial.
