About the Role

We are seeking a Workday Integration Project Lead to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations, providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. You will lead the integration workstream from discovery to implementation, managing project plans and timelines effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical direction and oversight for Workday integrations, ensuring they meet enterprise standards.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define integration requirements.
  • Architect, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations, focusing on PECI, Workday studio, and overall Workday connectors.
  • Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution process to ensure integrations function correctly.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including IT, project managers, and external vendors.
  • Maintain technical specifications and best practices, providing knowledge transfer to internal resources.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including PECI and Workday studio.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, web services, APIs, and integration challenges.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage project lifecycles and track progress remotely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Broad understanding of business processes in HR and Finance to align integrations with organizational goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional integration tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Certifications related to Workday or project management.
