About the Role

We're hiring a Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team in a fully remote capacity. As a Web Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications that support our business and operational objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with UI/UX designers and operational teams to enhance our logistics processes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with team leads to gather requirements and define project scope for timely delivery of solutions.
  • Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure consistency in design, usability, and functionality across platforms.
  • Document product specifications and technical procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in web development to continuously innovate our solutions.
  • Engage with operational teams to understand their needs and tailor web applications accordingly.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance.
  • Assist in integrating OCR frameworks and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as React, Laravel, and React Native.
  • Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related mobile/web technologies.
  • Experience with databases, version control tools like Git or SVN, and web server management (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX best practices, and DevOps concepts like CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interest in automation and artificial intelligence.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with system testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of OCR frameworks.
