About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team at Bygma Sorø, where our customers include a mix of private individuals and professional craftsmen. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting them in finding products and loading their vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a modern warehouse environment while contributing to the success of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide assistance in locating products.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring efficient service.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure items are stored in their designated locations.
• Participate in inventory management and order packing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist.
• Ability to understand customer needs and quickly find the right products.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse.
• Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are required.
• Proficiency in IT systems for inventory management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of construction materials and products.
