About the Role

We are seeking a VP Sales - Remote to join our innovative logistics-tech company. This role is perfect for a gritty, strategic, and empathetic sales leader who is ready to help us scale our annual recurring revenue (ARR) from approximately $2M to $10M. You will not need to have 'VP of Sales' on your resume, but you must possess hands-on leadership experience and a proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 Account Executives.

What You'll Do

  • Team Building & Leadership: Manage, hire, and scale our current team of 5+ Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), lead pricing and packaging strategies, and shape our overall Go-To-Market approach.
  • Building the Playbook: Create, implement, and manage a structured, repeatable inbound and outbound sales motion that sets our Account Executives up for success.
  • Sales Operations & Methodology: Operationalize a disciplined sales methodology with strong processes, rigorous pipeline management, funnel optimization, and reliable forecasting.
  • Leading from the Front: Actively sell alongside your team as a hands-on deal closer who can drive complex deals across the finish line.
  • Cross-Functional Agility: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and rapid adaptation to market needs.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience managing and scaling a sales team of 5+ Account Executives with clear accountability for targets, performance, and execution.
  • Startup Scaling Experience: A clear track record of scaling a company’s revenue from the $1M to $10M ARR mark (Seed/Series A to Series B/C).
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working at comparable logistics-tech companies, with mandatory experience selling into freight forwarding companies.
  • Process Obsession: Proven ability to build structure out of ambiguity, resulting in predictable revenue and disciplined sales teams.
  • Cultural Fit: You are adaptable, highly collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have

  • A strong understanding of Air and Ocean Freight operations.
  • An existing, warm network within the US logistics ecosystem.
  • Prior experience working with Israeli teams or founders.
