About the Role

Fluvius is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Meter Lab & Power Quality to ensure 100% reliable measurements and a high-quality electricity grid. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your technical skills while leading a team of experts in energy measurement and power quality analysis.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team focused on calibrations, quality controls, and in-depth analysis of power quality data.
• Coordinate measurement campaigns and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze power quality data and advise on improvement actions to enhance grid reliability.
• Collaborate with internal departments to report results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Initiate innovative projects related to measurement infrastructure and grid quality.
• Coach, motivate, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field).
• Experience with measurement devices or power quality analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Living in the vicinity of Mechelen is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy sector or related fields.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in power quality.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
