Senior Account Manager - Remote Sales for IT Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Kaseya. In this role, you will proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
What You'll Do
- Engage with clients regularly to anticipate challenges and provide pre-emptive solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging additional features or services to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor usage metrics and address potential adoption hurdles proactively, adhering to sales checklists and processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of Kaseya's products and their integrations to effectively propose their value to customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support teams in addressing customer needs and driving sales.
- Participate in proactive meetings to align strategies and enhance customer experiences.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and drive proactive product adoption through tailored strategies.
- Continuously learn and grow through education and training opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product expertise.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is essential.
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
- A motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter with a passion for sales.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
