About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Onboarding & Education to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As the VP of Onboarding & Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our education strategy and building a tech-forward learning ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative onboarding and education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for educational programs.
• Drive recruitment efforts for nurse practitioners and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in executive leadership roles, particularly in education strategy and workforce development.
• Strong background in AI-driven learning and simulation-based training.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with KPI development and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in telehealth and medical billing.
• Knowledge of coding and patient accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer onboarding processes.
