VP of Commercial - Remote Opportunity in MedTech
About the Role
We are seeking a VP of Commercial remote at Platomics GmbH to drive revenue growth and market expansion. In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial operations, build a high-performing sales team, and establish strategic partnerships with our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the MedTech/Diagnostics market domain.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Manage key accounts and strategic alliances, ensuring alignment with our Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Coach your sales team, analyze pipeline performance, and negotiate major deals to consistently deliver results.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure successful execution of sales processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in the MedTech/Diagnostics sector.
- Strong understanding of IVDR regulations and the life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to build and execute effective sales processes and pricing strategies.
- Experience in budget management and using data to inform business decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading remote teams across different time zones.
