About the Role

We are seeking a Volunteer Project Manager for 'Live Peace' - Remote to join our innovative team at Go For Climate e.V. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a global peace initiative while working remotely. As a Volunteer Project Manager, you will collaborate with Nobel Peace Prize laureates and various peace organizations to create the world's largest peace event, advocating for peace on the International Day of Peace, September 21st.

What You'll Do

• Lead the coordination of the 'Live Peace' project, ensuring all activities align with our mission to promote peace.
• Research and identify potential cities for collaboration, expanding our outreach and impact.
• Maintain and update the acquisition pipeline to track progress and opportunities.
• Prepare outreach communications to engage stakeholders and partners effectively.
• Coordinate follow-ups and document discussions to ensure clear communication.
• Support meeting preparations and keep track of deadlines to maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to a structured project plan with defined phases and KPIs to measure success.

Requirements
