About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Employee Experience & Culture - Remote to join IronArch Technology, an award-winning Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This role is pivotal in shaping our people strategy and enhancing our workplace culture. As a Director of Employee Experience & Culture, you will lead initiatives that ensure our employees thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and evolve the employee experience strategy across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Manage Employee Experience & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions.
  • Develop scalable people programs including career pathing and performance management.
  • Support employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Measure employee engagement and culture across the company.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers for current and future hiring needs.
  • Guide the use of HR systems and recruiting tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or talent acquisition.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Experience in services, consulting, or government contracting organizations.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on builder mindset.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.
  • Ability to influence business strategy through people initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Certifications in HR or related fields.
