Director of Employee Experience & Culture - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Employee Experience & Culture - Remote to join IronArch Technology, an award-winning Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This role is pivotal in shaping our people strategy and enhancing our workplace culture. As a Director of Employee Experience & Culture, you will lead initiatives that ensure our employees thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and evolve the employee experience strategy across the full employee lifecycle.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Manage Employee Experience & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions.
- Develop scalable people programs including career pathing and performance management.
- Support employee relations, onboarding, and performance management.
- Measure employee engagement and culture across the company.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Partner with hiring managers for current and future hiring needs.
- Guide the use of HR systems and recruiting tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, or talent acquisition.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience in services, consulting, or government contracting organizations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on builder mindset.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.
- Ability to influence business strategy through people initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
