Remote Contract Manager - Healthcare Innovation

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and alignment with company policies while supporting negotiations and contract administration. What You'll Do

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for various agreements.
• Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks.
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations.
• Draft and prepare contract documents for approval.
• Coordinate contract review processes with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate requests for contract changes and maintain version control.
• Administer executed agreements and track obligations.
• Improve contract administration policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation and terms.
• Maintain accurate records and develop metrics for reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in contract management.
• Experience with market research contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of legal terminology relevant to contracts.
• Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
• Experience with contract management solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
