We are seeking a Virtual Bookkeeper - Freelance Remote to join our dynamic team at Magic. In this role, you will leverage your strong QuickBooks Online expertise to support our accounting operations during peak periods. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a respected accounting firm.

What You'll Do

• Support bookkeeping operations for a client in the restaurant industry.
• Process data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Handle daily sales entries using POS systems.
• Manage calendars and client communications efficiently.
• Track tasks and manage projects using Monday.com.
• Ensure a reliable internet connection and maintain a quiet workspace for optimal productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
• 1+ years of experience with POS systems.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of calendar and administrative management experience.
• Proven track record of professional communication.
• Experience working remotely.
• Must have a computer with at least 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection.
