What You'll Do

• Learn utility locating techniques, safety protocols, and how to operate equipment effectively.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local utility infrastructure and regulations.
• Partner with experienced Locators to accurately mark underground utility lines.
• Operate utility locating equipment and document findings using digital mapping tools.
• Perform work in various weather conditions, ensuring safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional) with an acceptable MVR record.
• Physical abilities to work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, and lift up to 55 pounds.

Nice to Have

• Experience in utility locating or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital mapping tools.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and use portable ladders.
