Senior Data Scientist - Growth Marketing for FinTech

We’re hiring a Senior Data Scientist - Growth Marketing to join our team at Monzo, where we’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. This Senior Data Scientist remote position offers you the chance to supercharge our marketing strategy in 2025 and help us build a bank that customers truly love.

What You'll Do

• Apply your expertise in marketing analytics and data mining to understand user interactions with our marketing campaigns.
• Guide the performance marketing and brand team to measure key metrics and run geo-lift experiments for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to drive growth.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the lifetime value of new users and assess the impact of marketing campaigns on profitability.
• Liaise with engineers to ensure accurate collection of marketing measurement data for relevant business insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, particularly in marketing analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data mining tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy.
• Experience with self-serve analytics tools, preferably Looker.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
