About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Graphite. What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Utilize data-driven metrics to track and improve recruitment processes.
• Design and maintain HR and recruiting dashboards for real-time visibility into hiring metrics.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across various roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and streamline the interview process.
• Conduct phone pre-screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Foster relationships with passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Assist in the creation of engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics in a recruitment context.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and technical recruiting is a plus.
