User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads) - Remote to join our innovative team at Liven. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive user engagement and growth. With over 2.5 million users already benefiting from our self-discovery companion app, your contributions will directly impact our mission to help individuals build better relationships with themselves.

What You'll Do

• Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize user acquisition.
• Test new channels and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Analyze key metrics across all channels including LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
• Conduct A/B testing on various funnels and strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to launch and scale processes from scratch.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data, numbers, and metrics.
• Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the health and wellness industry.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools.
• Knowledge of user acquisition strategies across multiple platforms.
