About the Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to join SimpleCITI Companies, a leading player in the financial and real estate sectors. This UI/UX Designer remote position offers a unique opportunity to create high-performance digital experiences tailored for real estate and specialty finance platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to design clean, intelligent, data-driven interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Design web and mobile interfaces for financial and real estate platforms as a UI/UX Designer remote.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex financial data into intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop dashboards that simplify complex financial data, ensuring usability through testing, iteration, and analytics.
  • Produce marketing assets, landing pages, presentations, and digital campaigns that maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Translate financial workflows (lending, underwriting, investments, capital stacks, reporting) into intuitive UX that enhances user understanding and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX, with a strong portfolio showcasing both product design and visual design.
  • Proven experience designing for financial, fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts including investments, lending, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Expertise in Figma and proficiency in Adobe Suite; motion design skills are a plus.
  • Ability to think structurally and communicate design decisions clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with user testing and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Interest in real estate and capital markets.
