We are looking for a Trader Analyst to join our innovative team in the crypto space. This remote Trader Analyst position offers the chance to work with a stealth, on-chain, Solana-focused low-cap market maker. What You'll Do

  • Engage in execution trading, focusing on post-launch assets using proprietary tools, primarily trading memecoins and fair-launch tokens.
  • Manage liquidity provision and market structure, making informed treasury decisions with a focus on chart optics and growth momentum.
  • Analyze tokens and monitor catalysts, narrative rotation, social sentiment, and market flows to optimize trading strategies.
  • Serve as a client advisor, managing relationships and business development while providing real-time updates and strategy briefs.
  • Perform PnL and positional accounting, managing treasury movements, position sizing, and profit recycling.
  • Collaborate with traders and developers to refine trading strategies and improve proprietary trading tools.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in trading analysis or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, particularly low-cap assets.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, trading execution, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 7-day market environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with liquidity strategies and treasury management.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies and trading platforms.
  • Background in finance or economics.
