Territory Account Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Account Manager - Remote to join our team at Bosch Group. In this role, you will be responsible for business development within your assigned geographical territory, focusing on small to mid-level pharmaceutical accounts. As a Territory Account Manager, you will maintain and grow established accounts while managing channel partner relationships. What You'll Do
- Drive business development initiatives within your assigned territory.
- Focus on small to mid-level pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand established accounts through effective relationship management.
- Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
- Support the global Key Account Manager as needed, providing insights and assistance.
- Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and customers to facilitate communication and service delivery.
- Utilize strong writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
- A 4-year degree or technical equivalent is required.
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or technical consultancy sectors.
- Experience in project management within sales processes.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and reliably as part of a team.
- Excellent customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the datalogging or pharma industry.
- Familiarity with technical consultancy practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
