About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Account Manager - Remote to join our team at Bosch Group. In this role, you will be responsible for business development within your assigned geographical territory, focusing on small to mid-level pharmaceutical accounts. As a Territory Account Manager, you will maintain and grow established accounts while managing channel partner relationships. What You'll Do

  • Drive business development initiatives within your assigned territory.
  • Focus on small to mid-level pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring their growth and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand established accounts through effective relationship management.
  • Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
  • Support the global Key Account Manager as needed, providing insights and assistance.
  • Act as a liaison between Inside Sales and customers to facilitate communication and service delivery.
  • Utilize strong writing and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • A 4-year degree or technical equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or technical consultancy sectors.
  • Experience in project management within sales processes.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer orientation and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the datalogging or pharma industry.
  • Familiarity with technical consultancy practices.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
