Project Manager - Remote Position in Biomedical Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager - Remote to join Adaptive Biotechnologies, a pioneering company dedicated to transforming the diagnosis and treatment of immune-mediated diseases. In this role, you will support product development and commercialization initiatives while working in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment on project goals with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project charters and timelines to facilitate effective project management.
• Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Support analysis to inform business cases and contribute to the development of product management strategy.
• Conduct competitive research and collect customer insights to drive project success.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance product development.
• Manage project lifecycle and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience in project management.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in biomedical research or healthcare.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and expertise with the project management life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong experience facilitating project team meetings.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory pathways for diagnostic products.
• Experience working with R&D and commercial teams.
